Face Masks & Gloves Distribution for Residents Tomorrow—Friday, May 1 at Fire Station 2

04/30/2020

What: Missouri City Mayor Yolanda Ford will be hosting a face masks and gloves distribution for area residents. The COVID-19 event was made possible through a partnership with Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo and City of Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner.

As facial coverings are strongly recommended in the region, Judge Hidalgo and Mayor Turner donated thousands of masks and gloves that Mayor Ford will provide to MCTX residents. With the opening up of businesses, area officials are encouraging the public to take all precautionary steps to contain the Coronavirus.

When: Tomorrow, Friday, May 1 | 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Where: Fire Station 2 | 12043 McLain Blvd., Houston (drive-through will take place in the parking lot of the adjacent tennis court)

For the safety of citizens and City representatives, social distancing guidelines will be strictly enforced and the drive-through will take place only in the Tennis Court parking lot. There will be a limit of one bag per person and four bags per vehicle.
